Rental unit in Grand Haven

The Franklin House is a historic home that contains 3 condos. Located downtown, across the street from the restaurants, bars, stores, coffee houses and museums and one block from the waterfront/musical fountain. GH State Park is 1 mile down the boardwalk. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Each condo sleeps 4, which is our legal limit and enforced. All units have private entrances/outdoor spaces with tables, chairs and Weber grills. The space Each condo at Franklin House is private and has its own entrance and outdoor space. Guest access Each condo at The Franklin House has a private deck/porch. The backyard is open for all to use quietly. Other things to note This is a non smoking property. You may not smoke cigarettes, marijuana or vape in the unit or on the premises. High chair and pack and play are available but not stored in the unit. Please request them before arrival.
