This unique waterfront apartment is a perfect getaway. Stylishly decorated and well equipped it has a unique location right on the edge of Middle Harbour nature reserve, overlooking the Spit Bridge towards sunset. Famous Manly Scenic Walkway starts right from your doorstep with Clontarf Beach in 15 minutes walk. Sophisticated restaurants and marina are just across the bridge. Bus to the city is around the corner. Iconic Manly and Balmoral beaches are nearby...Enjoy The space This stylish apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. Living area has a sofa and 42" Samsung Smart TV as well as dining table and chairs. There is a wonderful view towards the Middle Harbour through the big glass door. The kitchen is fully equipped with a good sized fridge, ceramic cooktop and combined oven/microwave/grill, dishwasher, pots, pans and cutlery. There is an eat-in kitchen overlooking living area and TV, also with fantastic view from the window. Modern bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Towels and toiletries are provided. The bedroom has a double bed, writing desk, a huge built-in wardrobe and a split system reverse cycle air conditioner. Portable fan, heater, drier, dehumidifier, additional blankets and other household items can be provided on requests. WiFi is available. There is a private outdoor area with table and two chairs with filtered water views to enjoy the sunset. Guest access The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor. There is plenty of free parking in the street. Car can be brought up the driveway for loading and unloading. The driveway is steep and curvy, please check it out before taking the car up. Bus stop to the city is around the corner. Other things to note The owners live in the house above the apartment and are always there to help. Please do not hesitate to call. After a period of extreme weather all water damage has been repaired, the apartment was fully repainted and a brand new split system reverse cycle air conditioner has been installed in the bedroom in May 2022. The driveway was high pressure cleaned. Attention to light sleepers, there is some traffic noise coming from the direction of Spit Bridge. The apartment is unsuitable for children and less mobile guests. There is no fence and the driveway is quite steep. Small pets are OK but please discuss it with the owners.
