Secluded accommodation with a lake plot in Trosa's lovely archipelago environment. Both houses have a kitchen and a total of six bedrooms with room for 10-12 people, four bathrooms, three of which have a shower, and two living rooms in one house and one in the other. Outdoors, you have a large open garden and a large terrace overlooking the sea. A stone's throw from the house, there is a private jetty. Within walking distance you will find a small bathing spot as well as large meadows and forests. The space The space Bed linen is provided by the landlord (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases) Cleaning is included in the price upon departure. Guest access Both houses and the jetty. Two kayaks are available. Two grills, one of which is a "smoker". On the terrace, there is a dining table for 12 people with a patio heater. Three bicycles are available to borrow for excursions. Other things to note At check-in, the key will be available to pick up next to the house as agreed. We require the tenant to have a valid liability insurance without a limit, which can be included in your home insurance. Proof of this must be sent to the landlord upon request. The liability insurance is a protection against damage to the property that has arisen through negligence or accident and must cover a total damage to the property. Cleaning is included in the price on departure. A deposit will need to be made. Guest access The property consists of a large house and a smaller house, the warehouse.
