The space The apartment is sheltered and enjoys sunshine all year round: it is located on the ground floor and is about 80 square meters. It has a large double bedroom with 2 single beds and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms (1 large bathroom with a bathtub and 1 half bathroom) and built-in closets. Direct access to the terrace and large garden for private and fenced use. In the garden you will find deck chairs and armchairs, on the terrace a table and chairs and a small lounge for pleasant moments of relaxation. Comfortable tables and chairs are available in the kitchen, living room and also on the terrace. Upon request, the "Grottino Sami" is available with the possibility of grilling at will (fireplace, wood and grill available).
