The house is arranged over three floors, giving it a special character and offering different spaces to enjoy during your stay. It is an ideal choice for families, couples or small groups looking for a house with personality, space and an excellent location to discover Granada on foot. One of the most unique features of the property is the 11th-century Zirid wall, part of Granada’s oldest history. It has been preserved and integrated into the house, and can be seen from the ground floor and the staircase, making the stay a truly special experience. The location is excellent: from the house you can walk to Granada’s most emblematic places, such as Plaza Nueva, Paseo del Darro, Carrera del Darro, the Cathedral, the Albaicín, viewpoints and the way up to the Alhambra. You do not need a car to move around the centre or to enjoy the main sights. Private, secure and free parking is included throughout your stay. As the property is located on a historic street with restricted access for non-resident vehicles, we recommend leaving the car directly at our easy-access, secure, 24-hour partner car park next to Plaza de Toros. From there, the most convenient option is to take a taxi to the door of the accommodation; the journey is short and usually costs around €8. Guest access The house is completely private and entirely at your disposal during your stay. There are no shared areas with other guests. Other things to note The house is arranged over three floors and has internal stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or difficulty climbing stairs. In order to comply with current Spanish regulations on guest registration, all guests must complete the mandatory registration before arrival using the online tool provided. The process is simple, and we will send the instructions in advance. The property is located in Granada’s historic centre, in an area with restricted vehicle access for non-residents.
