Welcome to our beautiful studio unit, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Just an 8-minute walk from the beach, you can easily enjoy the sun and surf. Conveniently located right next to Shykatz, you'll have access to delicious breakfast and lunch options. Additionally, we offer an upstairs unit that can accommodate 6 extra guests, subject to availability, making it an ideal spot for larger groups or families. Just a short drive to cruise terminals! The space Downstairs unit of home. Ground level access, no stairs. Shared side patio. Guest access Street parking, driveway is not accessible by vehicle. Golf cart rental is recommended! Golf carts are permitted on almost all streets in neighborhood. Other things to note This is a 2 unit home, a studio unit downstairs and a 2 bedroom unit upstairs. There will potentially be six guests in upstairs unit. The units are separated inside by a door locked on both sides. The only shared space is the outdoor courtyard. We ask that all guests refrain from loud music and noise after 10 pm. There will be a $100 security deposit hold required to be paid within five days of reservation arrival. It will be required immediately upon booking, if reserving within that five day range. This amount will be released three days after reservation, after verifying no damages or excessive cleaning requirements. Guests will also be asked to sign an agreement upon booking. HURRICANE SEASON Hurricane season is June 1–November 30. If traveling during these dates, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, either through Airbnb or from another insurer, with coverage for natural disasters. While hurricanes rarely impact the Galveston area, it’s always possible, and they may impact your personal travel getting to the area. Refunds are not provided for weather-related trip delays, unless there is an evacuation order in the vicinity of this property.
