We welcome you to our home, which has views of the ocean and farmland. The guest area is located on the ground floor. Only a 10 minute stroll into the township of Whakatane, and five minute drive to Ohope Beach, voted one of the safest surf beaches in NZ. The entrance to the famous Nga Tapuwai O Toi walking track is only 2 minutes from our home. If you are into astronomy, the Whakatane Observatory is steps away from our property, open to the public Tuesday and Friday evenings. The space Sizeable bedroom with a queen sized bed & private bathroom. Living room with a kitchenette, microwave, airfryer, toaster, and fridge. There is no oven or cooktop. Simple continental breakfast provided as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Pool and spa pool to use at your own leisure. There is a book swapping facility available. Guest access Access is via french doors at front of house. E-lock code for main door and keys to enter bedroom. Other things to note Extra queen-size bed in lounge can be arranged for any additional guests (maximum extra guests = 2) @ $40 per person per night.
