This is a sweet cottage in a central location that has been newly remodeled: breweries, restaurants, shops, bike paths and the peace & quiet of a neighborhood. There is a colorful backyard with a gazebo for enjoying the day as well as safe off street parking. You are about 30 minutes north of downtown Boulder; 45 minutes north of Denver; and 45 minutes south of Fort Collins. You are a 45 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and other mountain adventures. The space The Cottage is located at the back of the property to the right of the gate. The main building is a functional medicine practice “Koena” that operates Monday-Friday during regular business Hours. Guest access There are two reserved parking spots at the back of the lot (there is a sign “Reserved for Airbnb” There is a garden and gazebo. Please feel free to enjoy this space. Other things to note The entire property is a cigarette free zone! Please do not smoke cigarettes anywhere on the property.
