Spacious apartment in Plymouth’s cultural quarter

Ebrington Street apartment is a spacious one bedroom apartment in an ideal location a few minutes’ walk from Plymouth City Centre, the historic Barbican and the University. The light and airy apartment is well equipped and includes free WI-IF. The apartment is on the second floor of a building on one of Plymouth’s most dynamic streets which has loads of useful amenities including a number of independent cafes and food stores, takeaways, pub and several small supermarkets. The space Please note: this apartment is a traditional Airbnb, in that I still live there sometimes. As a result of me sharing my home it has some personal items. If you prefer a more hotel like stay this may not be the place for you. You will have the entire apartment available to you during your stay giving you total privacy. There is an open plan living/dining space and fully equipped kitchen including washer/dryer and dishwasher. The large double bedroom has a comfortable (please note bed if FIRM) bed and hanging wardrobe space. The entire apartment has central heating and double glazing throughout. The historic Barbican with its fishing harbour, restaurants, pubs, shops and bustling atmosphere is a mere 8 min walk away. It is about a 10 min walk to the train station with the University and Drake’s shopping centre just around the corner. Parking in a shared driveway (no vans please) may be available on request, contact host. Accessibility: Please note this apartment is not suitable for children or anyone with mobility issues. There are steps down to the apartment and also to reach the apartment which is on the first floor. There is a spiral staircase in the main living area. It leads to a mezzanine level that is not for guest use so there is no need to go up there. Please do not go up the spiral staircase. If you choose to do so please make sure you are careful as the metal steps are quite slippery. Guest access Guests will have entire apartment to themselves. Parking is in a shared driveway (no vans please) and is available on request, contact host. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE there is a staircase to access the apartment and a metal spiral staircase in the living area. The apartment is not suitable for young children or dogs.
