The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure complex with a spacious swimming pool and tropical garden. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The space The modern apartment is full of comforts and tastefully furnished. The bright living room has a comfortable sitting area, dining table and luxurious open kitchen with American refrigerator (with ice maker), combi oven, induction hob, Nespresso machine and kettle. In the living room you will also find a Samsung Smart TV, fan, air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi connection. The master bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed, air conditioning, fan and views of the courtyard garden with swimming pool. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and closet space, and overlooks the Evertsberg – ideal for children. There is also a crib available. Through the French doors you reach the spacious balcony with stunning views of the mountains and Blue Bay Resort. Here you will find an extra dining table and a cozy seat for a drink at sunset. The bathroom is modern and has a rain shower, separate hand shower, toilet and washer-dryer combination. We make sure you have everything you need: towels, cleaning products, basic products such as oil, pepper and salt are provided. Guest access You can park in your own parking space right in front of the apartment. There are also additional parking spaces for guests within the secure premises. Other things to note We are happy to help make your stay extra comfortable. Upon request, we can help you with recommendations for airport transfers, car rental companies, babysitting services or activities in the area. We can also place a baby cot for you. Please note that you are in the tropics: do not leave food uncovered and regularly refresh your waste to prevent insects. The costs for water and electricity are deducted from the deposit after your stay based on actual consumption (average €40 per week).
