Endless Summer Pool House (heated pool)

Stylish tropical Miami house w/Heated pool, swing, board games, kid's toys, charcoal BBQ + lots of green. High-end well equipped kitchen stainless steel + quartz. Mango trees and sails give lots of shade. Pool fence by request. Remote work desk + good wifi. Near the Aventura Mall and Sunny Isles Beach. Minutes from Hard Rock Stadium. *Pool heated to 86 degrees from Nov. 1st - May 1st (during daytime). NO PARTIES ALLOWED - cameras outside. The space Newly renovated custom-made kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances + quartz countertops. 3 Bedroom: - 1 main bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom + Roku TV - 1 queen bed bedroom + Roku TV - 1 twin + bunk bed w/1 full bed on the bottom and 1 twin bed on top. Bathroom right outside these two bedrooms. 1 foldable mini-crib (bring you sheets). The dining table is in the sunroom seats 8 and the kitchen peninsula has 4 stools. Half bathroom by the sunroom. Outdoors has a dining table for 6 and a bar in front of the BBQ for 4. Laundry room behind the barn doors, with washer & dryer. OUTSIDE: Wood Deck Covered deck with outdoor seating, sunbath chairs (4) and conversation set furniture. Charcoal built-in grill (guests are responsible for cleaning grills after use) Outdoor shower Box with pool toys (put away after use) Outdoor garbage bin (only for non-organic waste) Other things to note THIS RENTAL: Offers 4 parking spaces Smoking not allowed - if our cleaning crew finds ashes, cigarettes butts, or smell of smoke we would charge an additional fee of $100. Pool temp. during winter time is heated up during the day time to 85 degrees. PROVIDED ITEMS: - Clean linens - Two towels (body, hand, washcloth) per person will be left out for use, as well as pool towels. -Makeup remover towels as a courtesy (and to make sure you don't stain our bedding). - Start-up supply of paper products, trash bags, soaps, coffee (ground and Nespresso capsules) and basic cleaners. - A fully-equipped kitchen for preparing and serving meals with pots, pans, rice maker, air fryer, blender, toaster, coffee makers (Nespresso + drip coffee) - We suggest guest(s) bring personal grooming items, grocery items, specialty items unique or important items vital to your vacation. Guest access We are 5 blocks from Starbucks, 6 blocks from Publix Supermarket, Chick-Fil-a, Chipotle, Marshals, and about 8 minutes from Walmart. HOWEVER, walking is not recommended as our neighborhood doesn't have sidewalks. To go to the beach (Sunny Isles) just drive east on 163rd about 2 1/2 miles. Other things to note - If coming with kids and need POOL FENCE, let us know. - Small Pool toys are prohibited as they get stuck in the pool vacuum and break it. If a pool toy is found stuck in a vacuum we will charge you the amount it costs to replace it ($650). - Our pool heater runs during the daytime from November - May and this service is complimentary. The pool temperature with the heater is at 86 degrees (it would be 60s-70s without it). Keep in mind is not a hot tub so the water will be comfortable to swim but if it’s chilly outside you will still feel cold when you get out. If you want it to run 24 hours, there is a $ 20-a-day charge. - QUITE TIME after 10 pm. Keep outdoor noise (music) low after 10 pm. This is a quiet neighborhood, people work the next day. - This is a tropical house with lots of windows and light, don’t expect extremely cold temperatures inside as our AC unit won’t go lower than 71. - This is an up-and-coming area - you will see some humble houses and some flipped houses that look amazing, but in any case, it's a safe area as you can read in the reviews. - If we find stains in our bedding or towels that we can't remove, we will charge from your deposit: sheets ($50) towels ($20) duvets ($70). We leave make-up removing towels for your convenience. - We don't allow any glass on the patio because of the pool; we provide all our dishware and glassware in fine melamine. Keep in mind people walk to the pool barefoot, please use cans instead of bottles. - Our pool maintenance makes sure the water chemicals are well balanced, and the vacuum works well daily, but any unwanted leaves on top if your responsibility to remove with the pool net. - Do not remove the pool vacuum from the pool as it's what keeps the water clean for you. If removed improperly it can break down our pump and the replacement fee is $1620. The vacuum has to operate during day hours to keep it clean but it will stop early afternoon. - Please dispose of outdoor garbage every day as this attracts rodents. - If you use the BBQ Grill please clean it. You will find all the cleaning supplies right in it. Also, cover it after using it as Florida weather is not nice with stainless steel. - Check-out time is strict (11 am) as we are fully booked and the cleaning crew needs time to turn the property efficiently for the next guests. - We will charge your deposit if you damage the property. Please treat our property as you would have somebody you knew. - We have a few Maintenance people coming in (outside access only). They will ring the cowbell by the side door to announce themselves. If the Mosquito Shield guy (Roy) comes in, please go inside for only 15 minutes so he can spray the property and you will be free of mosquitoes during your stay.
