Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located two-story home. The space This house has an upside-down floor plan - the main living space is on the second floor to take advantage of views of the Olympic Mountains and Lake Washington. The studio downstairs is not included in the rental and may be occupied by the owner. The studio is separated from the main house by double-locked French doors. Guest access There is parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway. Street parking in the front of the house is typically used by guest(s) in the downstairs studio. Other things to note A new home is being built in a lot adjacent to our home. Construction work is allowed from 7 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 9 AM to 6 PM. No construction is allowed on Sundays and holidays.
