Our newly updated and spacious home (3100 Sq ft) is located in the Cherry Park neighborhood of Southeast Portland. A large lot situated on a quiet tree lined street this vacation rental is only minutes from Portland's multitude of attractions. You are renting the entire home for your stay. Ideal for family gatherings , corporate groups or reunions! Fully furnished with everything needed to unpack your suitcase and be set up. Just 2 minutes to the I-205 makes this the perfect location to all places in Portland. 15 minutes to the airport, Moda Center, downtown or the convention center. We welcome corporate groups and construction workers for longer stays and are flexible with your schedule. I-84 is a 5 minute drive. Grocery stores are 5 minutes away. Walk to several Tri-Met bus lines to downtown, Clackamas Towne Center or Sauvie Island. This newly updated home has 4 levels. The main entry level has full size new kitchen with new or newer appliances and has a full bath. On the upper levels there are 3 of the 5 bedrooms. There is a large bathroom with a walkin shower. The garden walk out lower level has 2 bedrooms with a bonus living room that can be used as an office space for remote working. This level has a bathroom with a shower. Lower level is full walkout daylight with lots of light. Child friendly with games, Cherry Park and an elementary school playground nearby. Easy free on street parking and driveway parking. Digital keyless entry makes it's easy to come and go, no keys required. Super comfy beds and crisp new linens. All linens and towels are included and the kitchen is set up to accommodate your large group. There are appliances including coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, blender, electric skillet, rice cooker, crockpot and of course full size range and convection oven. Basic cooking supplies such as pot and pans, utensils, spices, etc also included. There is a second kitchen if needed. Smart HDTV over the fireplace wireless internet. Free high speed wif-fi. Washer and dryer available Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are upstairs. Property is secured with outside security cameras including a RING audio/video doorbell Manager is available and lives next door. Cherry Park is a well established pocket neighborhood in a great location close to shopping with easy access to the freeways. On the SE side it's a short trip to the popular hot spots such as Alberta and Hawthorne. Guest access This house is an entire house rental and you will have access to the entire home and private backyard Other things to note **The service fee is charged by and paid to Airbnb, not the owner/host. For all listings actually located in Portland there are high lodging taxes. Between the fees for this website and "stay taxes," that adds an additional 20% over the rental amount. When inquiring about a monthly stay be sure your reservation has at least 31 nights. However, we don't have any sales tax here. So once you arrive, everything you eat, drink and purchase will be at face value. And the Woodburn Outlet Mall is a quick 15 minute drive. Quiet time is 9pm, which means please be inside with doors and windows closed. No outside guests, events or parties are allowed including rehearsal dinners or brunches, showers etc. Contact owner Loretta Spahmer for any questions regarding your stay and how the property can be used. This is a no animal/pet house. The tenant that lives onsite is highly allergic to animals. You may not have an animal of any kind on this property. Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals: Whether ignorance or arrogance many people are convinced that it’s their right to use ESA & SA laws to manipulate the system, break the rules, & avoid federal prosecution. Faking a SA is not a victimless crime. Do not book this house with the intent of bringing an animal. You will be denied access. Outside video surveillance as well as a RING doorbell that has audio and video recording. We take our no party rule very seriously. Guest counts are monitored by video. Any disabling of video will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All persons regardless of age counts as a guest per City of Portland regulation. Duraflame type logs only in the fireplace which is available for use only from November thru March. Property is deemed acceptable 30 minutes after arrival. We address any concerns or issues in a timely manner. We do not issue credits or refunds. Owner, manager or maintenance will access the property for any reported issue or concern. Access cannot be denied. We are not responsible for any interruptions in amenities due to outside forces. This includes power, gas, internet, wifi. We highly recommend the purchase of travel interruption insurance. Our cancellation policy is no refunds. We do not provide any refunds for extenuating circumstances. We will provide any requested information to your travel insurance provider to expedite your claim. Lodging taxes are applied to stays of 30 days or less. For best pricing a 31 night or more stay will not add the 16% lodging tax. If you only need 28-30 nights it is less expensive to book for 31 nights. For monthly bookings -We require mid stay cleans every 2 weeks which is added to your booking after the reservation is confirmed. Cost is $160 per clean Registration Details 16-122179-000-00-LU
