The space Indoor spaces: The home's open living area is a great place to spend quality time together. The living room features a 70" Smart TV with two comfortable recliners and a pull-out sofa bed. There are 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, fresh linens, and plenty of room for storage. The home features two full bathrooms. The newly renovated basement offers additional space for spending time with family and friends. A large game room has various games (ping pong, air hockey, darts, Mega Jenga) for all ages. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for guest use. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics you need to prepare your own homemade meals. This includes pots/pans, utensils, spices, waffle maker, and an Instant pot. We offer both a Keurig and traditional coffee pot. Outdoor spaces: Relish the fresh mountain air relaxing in the screened-in porch, making s'mores by the fire-pit, or grilling on the back deck. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy nature. Lake Wallenpaupack is perfect for water sports such as swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, and jet skiing. We are located near the public beach and a public boat ramp (no fee). The lake offers great opportunities for fishing year round. There are boat rental facilities located within 5 minutes from our home. Guest access Keyless entry makes check-in very simple. Plenty of off street parking for multiple cars. There is also room on the property for a medium sized boat or trailer. Other things to note Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. We provide fresh bed linens, bath towels (8), and hand towels(2). There is a washing machine available for guest use. Our home is located near a school which offers free scout trails, playgrounds, basketball courts, and tennis courts for guest use when school is not in session (weekends, holiday breaks, summer). Please note that there will be some street traffic during arrival and dismissal times if you book during weekdays when school is in session. The upper bunkbeds have a weight limit of 200 lbs and are intended for child use. Bring your own firewood, bug spray, and beach towels if you will be visiting the lake. Indoor fireplace is only available during the winter season. There is a large air-conditioner in the living room, dining, kitchen area. The master bedroom also has an air-conditioner. Fans are provided in other bedrooms and basement. Minimum age to book is 21 years old
