Guest access Once checked into your space feel free to make yourself at home with 24/7 access to your private room, bathroom, the laundry facilities (located off the kitchen) and all the communal areas in the main house and gardens. We love enjoying the communal garden and spa and we invite you to do the same. Feel free to cook, socialize, or relax in the spa between the hours of 7 AM and 11 PM. From 11 PM to 7 AM, we observe quiet hours to ensure everyone has a peaceful retreat. If you need some flexibility around this, please don't hesitate to reach out in advance. We require all guests to sign a short-term rental agreement and waiver, which are required for our permit and insurance, and to protect the priceless original art. We also ask for a copy of a government-issued ID and an offline security deposit of $125, which is a preauthorized hold, not a charge, for any potential damages. Without this, your reservation may be cancelled without refund, or you may not be allowed to use the spa amenities. PARKING. Your stay also includes one (1) parking spot on the street. If you have more vehicles, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate. KID POLICY: We love families but this unit is and property are not suitable for children due to the lack of space for additional sleeping arrangements, the delicate nature of the art, and spa amenities. PETS. We do not allow pets in this room for everyone's safety. EARLY CHECK-INS & LATE CHECK-OUTS. When possible, for an hourly fee. BABY GEAR RENTALS. We also have baby/kids gear available to rent. WANT FRESH EGGS? There are several friendly chickens on the property. Our kids care for them and offer their freshly laid eggs to our guests for $6/half dozen or $10/dozen. All proceeds go to their "Toys & Adventures" fund. LOCATION. Walk to hiking trails, nature preserves, coffee shops, yoga, gyms, and cafes. 10 mins to beaches, downtown, UCSB & wedding venues.
