The Trillium House is located conveniently at the entrance to the Long Beach peninsula, three blocks from the drivable beach approach, and 5 minutes from downtown Long Beach, in the charming community of Seaview. The space The Trillium house is part of Seaview history, being originally constructed in the late 1800’s, though it shares little of its original appearance as more modern updates and additions have been added over the years. Whether inside cooking in the chef’s kitchen, soaking up the morning rays in the sunroom, or outside enjoying the lush gardens, covered patio, or relaxing in the hot tub, the Trillium House is a wonderful place to unwind while having easy access to a vibrant downtown as well as some of the most stunning coastal landscapes in the PNW. The 2,100 sq ft house has 5 bedrooms - 9 beds - 3 queens (one queen room on ground floor) and 6 twins - including bunk with trundle - and 2 bathrooms (soaking claw foot tub and and separate walk-in overhead shower in main floor bathroom). The house is equipped with Starlink high speed internet that broadcasts to all corners of the house via mesh network. Two flatscreen TVs (living room and bunk room) with guest mode - allowing guests to access their streaming services and automatically deletes account information upon checkout. As a guest, you will have access to the entire Trillium House, front yard, fenced back yard, hot tub, covered patio, and upper patio. There is a separate home (ADU) on the property that has no shared walls with the Trillium house. Guest access Parking is available along the north and east sides of the house.
