Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house (except separate basement unit), Laundry Room (for stays 3 nights or more), Backyard, Heated Pool, and free parking in our private driveway. There are no shared spaces Other things to note ***IMPORTANT***: The following will be required before check-in instructions are sent... 1) CONFIRM that you have read by ALL of the house Rules. This is to make sure that THE GOOD VIBEZ HOUSE is the perfect fit for you and your guests. (No unregistered guests/visitors, no parties, no large gatherings/events, no smoking inside) 2) CONFIRM with us the total number of ALL guests, including any visitors. ($100 fee for each unauthorized guest/visitor over the 7 maximum if not approved by hosts prior) 3) We are partnered with Know Your Guest – the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Within 24hrs after booking, You will need to verify your details, ID, sign a guest agreement with Know Your Guest and buy a non-refundable damage waiver ($59). 4) Furthermore, a fully refundable security deposit of $200 is required if you have less than 3 positive reviews. Deposit is returned after check-out as long as there are no damages and house rules are followed (no parties, no large gatherings/events, no unauthorized guests/visitors, no smoking inside) ***ALL OF THE ABOVE (1-4) WILL BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CHECK-IN INFORMATION*** ***HOT TUB IS OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND*** ***HEATED POOL: OPEN FROM May 1st - Nov 1st*** For a fee, the pool can be heated to a cozy 85 degrees... $100 for the first day $50 each additional day thereafter. You will have to let us know at least 24hrs in advance if you would like this add-on. (Please note, 85 degrees for a pool does not mean it will be heated as hot as a hot tub or jacuzzi (those are heated to upwards of 100+ degrees). 85 degrees is a very comfortable "bathwater" temperature). *Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am. When possible, we can accommodate an early/late check-in/out for a FEE. Cost & Availability is based on: 1) Hours requested 2) Cleaners schedule 3) If a guest is checking in/out the same day. *Please let us know in advance for higher chances of approval. *We won't be able to give approval until 24 hrs of arrival/departure. *Although all house rules are important to us, the most important rule to us and the neighborhood is the noise levels. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Loud/amplified music is both not welcomed nor allowed before 8am or after 10pm. Maintaining great relationships with our neighbors is our top priority. *Disclaimer: We want to assure you that your privacy is of utmost importance to us. In our Airbnb property, we have installed Alexa devices in each room for your convenience. However, please be informed that these Alexa devices do not record audio or store any personal information. They are solely designed to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable stay.
