It is a ground floor in a multi-family building that has a table and four chairs in its spacious 32 m2 patio where you can have breakfast, lunch, lunch, snack and dinner outdoors under the stars. The patio-terrace does not have an awning or umbrella. The kitchen is open to the living-dining room through an American bar and is equipped with utensils (cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans) glass ceramic, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine so that you can feel at home. In the built-in closet in front of the kitchen, there are cleaning utensils (mop, mop bucket, dustpan and broom), a clothesline and an electric water heater. The living room is equipped with a television, a sofa and a ceiling fan to cool off during hot summer days. And for the winter, a fixed thermal emitter on the wall and another portable thermal emitter that you can use in any of your rooms. The balcony blind is electric and has access to the patio. In the bathroom you can enjoy a comforting and pleasant shower after a tiring day of adventure. In your rooms with a built-in closet and ceiling fan you can enjoy a refreshing rest. Instead we have opted to put a variety of board games and reading books for a digital disconnect and enjoy the environment. - TOURIST TASA The Catalonia Tourist Tax is mandatory and is not included in the price of the accommodation. Currently, the tourist tax is €1.75 per person over 17 years of age per unit of stay (maximum of 7 nights). -CHECK IN ONLINE exclusive for self check-in. A few days before check-in will be sent via the Airbnb platform a message with the link to be able to check in online. Before the day of your arrival, all guests must have successfully completed their online check-in. -CHECK IN IN-PERSON. Must be informed to the owner by message via the Airbnb platform 5 days prior to arrival. To prepare for in-person check-in, a few days before arrival we will ask you to communicate in writing through the Airbnb platform the personal data of all travelers staying in the apartment. The in-person check-in time is from 3 to 7 pm in the same accommodation and the owner must be informed 5 days in advance of the arrival time. In in-person check-in there is no autonomous arrival.
