You will feel right at home in our relaxing quarters on the garden level of our home. Private entrance, bedroom, bathroom & den. Minutes from the foothills & Red Rocks Amphitheater. 15 minutes to downtown Golden. A 20 minute drive to downtown & 45 minutes to skiing! Trails out your back door! You will have access to your private quarters by following a path through the gate on the West side of our home. Your suite is on the garden level of our home. The bedroom has a queen bed, chair and desk. The living room has a new couch that converts to a full bed and a chair for reading. We can set up 1 additional twin bed if needed. We will provide homemade breads, fruit and an occasional egg scrambler for breakfast. Coffee and tea is available @ your convenience. A mini fridge & toaster oven will be available. You will have access to our back patio and yard. You can enjoy breakfast, dinner or a glass of wine by the kiva fireplace or relaxing on our outdoor couch. Our home backs to an open space and park that can be accessed through the back yard. We enjoy many of the adventures that Colorado has to offer and can direct you to local rentals and be a private guide for an additional fee. We love to host friends and family and look forward to hosting you as well. We are a family of four and will most likely be around during your stay. We are here to chat and point you to adventures and local spots if needed but happy to give you your privacy as well. Our neighborhood is very conveniently located. You can walk to a local coffee shop, hit the trail for a relaxing walk, bike ride or jog. We are a 1/2 mile from access to Bear Creek State Park. Public Golf course and tennis courts are a mile away. If traveling with kids, you are set! We back to a large park with a playground. We are 15 minutes from the light rail station and are surrounded by trails that go for miles. We are an easy location to find for Uber, Lyft, ect...and they can transport you to Red Rocks for a show if needed. We are a pet free home
