A double-story retreat thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and socialization. Here’s what you can expect: Ground Floor: Open-plan kitchen, dining, and TV room with sliding doors that open to the pool area. Main bedroom with large closets, workspace, aircon, ceiling fan, and adjoining bathroom with shower. Upper Floor: Two beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Lounge, with a bookshelf for guest enjoyment and a work area for two, plus balcony access with stunning views. Kitchen: Fully stocked with a gas stove, microwave, kettle, and all essentials for family meals. Enjoy complimentary herbs, spices, tea, sugar, and filter coffee TV Room: Sink into the world’s most comfortable couch and enjoy Netflix and Showmax on a 58" Smart TV. Pool Area: The heart of the house! Features include a pool, braai with outdoor dining area, cozy lounge, and pool towels. Charcoal for the braai is provided. Note: The pool is uncovered—parents, please supervise children. Utilities: Dedicated water tank ensures uninterrupted supply. A large generator powers the entire home during load-shedding or general power outages. Whether you're here to relax, work, or entertain, The Pool House offers everything for a memorable stay! Guest access Guests will drive on a short maintained gravel road to get to our gate. Once inside the property, guests have access to under roof parking for two vehicles as well as additional uncovered parking for more vehicles and trailers. Parking is safe and secure. Other things to note Deposit: For all bookings above 4 guests, we require a R1500.00 refundable deposit, payable 7 days before arrival, and will be refunded within 3 days after departure. We have neighbours and we respect their space. No loud music and noise will be allowed. Quiet time is from 08:00pm to 07:00am Parties are not allowed. We do reside on an agricultural property with neighbourhood animals as well as a large "koppie" right next to the house. Although we work hard to keep critters out, some might make their way into the house. We do not have a physical address. Even though the address listed on the app will take you into the correct street, it will not take you straight to our gate. We will send the correct location pin two days before arrival.
