The space The Oasis’ welcoming open layout boasts a full kitchen with new, top of the line appliances, a large center island for enjoying meals and socializing, brand new Heating and Air Conditioning (one of the only condos that has AC which is becoming a must in summer), 1 full sized bathroom off the Master plus a separate ½ bath off the Living Room, Master bedroom with a king bed w/drawers for extra storage, Living room with a pullout queen sleeper sofa and includes a modern linear fireplace, spacious patio off the living room with a gas BBQ, Washer & Dryer so you don’t have to pack as much for your trip, boot warmers and ski/snow board racks. Two Streaming TV’s & Wi-Fi allow you to work and stay connected from the mountains. Enjoy sunsets over the mountains from your private deck after a day of skiing, hiking, biking, golfing or enjoying Park City’s many activities. Guest access Enjoy Red Pine’s Clubhouse amenities which include: two heated Pools, One with A Waterfall, Two Hot Tubs, One Outdoor and One Indoor plus a Dry Sauna. During the summer months, Red Pine’s Clubhouse has tennis and volleyball courts ready for your use. The Clubhouse hours are 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The Clubhouse is closed during the shoulder seasons (from the second weekend in April until Memorial Day and from the day after Labor Day to Thanksgiving) for maintenance. Free Parking: There is open, outdoor, uncovered parking outside of your condo building. Free CVMA shuttle within Canyons Village. Free Park City and High Valley Transit buses and shuttles to Old Town Park City and Kimball Junction restaurants, shops and galleries. Other things to note The Oasis is located on the 1st floor. It is a Nonsmoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. While we love pets, Red Pine’s HOA does not allow pets.
