3 bedroom apartment outside of Smiths Falls. The apartment is above a store. Outside stairs access the apartment. TV and internet provided you just need your own streaming logins. Full kitchen, bathroom, 3 queen beds in each room. There is 3 units in this building so the temperature stays at 21. Hope this is not an issue. In the summer you have a putting green to practice on. There is absolutely no smoking cigarettes/pot or vaping allowed at any time in the building. Play pen available upon ask The space This 3 bedroom apartment is located on the second floor. Shared laundry on the second floor and garbage in the shed under the metal staircase. Access to the unit is up the metal staircase on the right side of the building, door straight ahead once inside. If the outside door is locked punch in the code provided and pull the door towards you at the same time....it sticks. The access code for the apartment will be provided 24-48 hours before check in. Garbage and recycling is to be brought down upon check out and disposed of in the shed under the stairs. Bell TV and internet are included along with Crave TV. Guest access Shared laundry in the main hallway on the second floor. Garbage and recycling in the shed under the metal staircase. Parking to the far right of the lot facing the neighbors driveway. A playpen and high chair are available upon request. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking cigarettes or pot or vaping at any time in the building. Please do so in the yard outside and clean up your butts. Please make sure all windows are closed upon check out.
