Holly is a ground floor flat with parking to the front of the building and french windows opening to a small rear patio and with a small step up to a communal garden. Holly has an open plan kitchen-living room area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guest access Oakridge Farm is one and a half miles from Goonhavern, three miles from Perranporth and six miles from both Newquay and Truro. Set within fields and with easy access to the A30 (1.5 miles) it's the perfect location for exploring Cornwall. Other things to note We welcome up to two well behaved dogs in this property , we ask guest to add their pets when they are booking as there is a fee of £20 which covers the whole stay.
