This townhouse is a three storey sea-side home with private garden set on a peaceful residential street. There is a log-burning stove, newly fitted stylish kitchen and tonnes of charming period features like wooden floors and original balustrade. It is a stone's throw away from the sprawling Alexandra Park and Summerfields woodland, with a short walk to the sea-front of bustling St. Leonards. Here you can find an array of eateries, pubs and vintage homeware stores. The space There are three floors here so plenty of space and privacy. There is lots of characterful charm with high ceilings and we have redecorated through-out. This is our home rather than a let-only property, we hope you find it cosy! We love putting the fairy lights on in our 'snug' in the evening. The utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is based in an outhouse in the garden, which you can access from the kitchen. This is also where the garden furniture cushions are stored. One of the bedrooms on the first floor is not included in the listing and will not be accessible during your stay, it has a padlock on the door. This is the only space that remains private in our home - otherwise, Mi Casa - Es su Casa! Guest access The entire property aside from one locked bedroom on the first floor.
