Beach house in Trelleborg

A modern minimalistic villa just 30 meters from the ocean. It is a modern villa with all the equipment you need. The neigbourhood is quiet and calm. You most often hear the sea, but beside from that it is completely quiet. Most often you have the beach here for yourselves and it goes for miles in the eastern direction. There is free parking for 2-3 cars outside. It is close to the centre of Trelleborg and close to the Harbour. Smygehamn, Ystad and Österlen is a shorter drive. The space In bedroom 1 there is a king size bed 180x200cm, a possibility for a sofa bed 120cmx200cm and a baby bed. In bedroom 2 there is a quality queen size bed 160 cmx200 cm and possibility to place a baby bed. There is a work station. In bedroom 3 there is a quality sofa bed of 153 cm x 190 cm with a 12 cm thick mattress and a matress topper and a childrens bed with a matrass 80 cm x 200 cm.
