The guests have to be mindful whenever they enter/exit the house and not leave the front door open for any period of time. — The washer and dryer are on site. However, you can’t use the facilities for free. Each washer + dryer load: $5 + $5 = $10. Also, you need to provide your own soap and washing products. — Firearms are not allowed on this property.
