The space A 57m² apartment, renovated, with good natural lighting, located on a quiet street, with Wi-Fi in all rooms and on the second floor (no elevator). It has everything needed for short and long stays. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: Bedroom 01 - Pillow top spring double bed (new), wardrobe, split air-conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtain and exclusive workspace with computer chair. 32" TV with digital converter. Possibility of a notebook monitor. Bedroom 02 - Single bed, wardrobe, split air-conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtain and rocking chair. Living room: rack with 40'' TV with Chromecast, double sofa bed, dining table with four chairs and ceiling fan. Possibility of a full-size inflatable mattress. The entire apartment has security screens on all windows. Kitchen: glasses, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, platters, dishcloths, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, oven and stove, refrigerator, water filter, microwave, countertop with two stools and cabinets. Service area (laundry): cabinet, washing machine, two fixed clotheslines, tank, general utensils (broom, shovel, clothes hangers, floor cloths). Parking on the street with no exit in front of the building. The street has a 24-hour security guard. Stained linen will be charged. - Respect the other tenants and the quiet hours (10 p.m. - 7 a.m.); - It is the guest's full responsibility to take care of the apartment keys and the remote controls of the electronic equipment. The replacement amount must be reimbursed to the host. Other Information: - Accommodation available for extra guests (up to 2): inflatable mattress on the floor; - The cleaning fee covers a single cleaning (for the guest's entrance), regardless of the period booked; - Regardless of the number of nights, one set of bed and bath linens will be made available per guest (the apartment has a washing machine).
