Casa Malvina is located in a small villa with a garden just 3 minutes from the seaside. Casa Malvina it's part of Villa D'Acquarone from 1929 and shows the cozy feeling of an old home. Casa Malvina is located at the first floor, it features 3 bedrooms, a renovated kitchen with a table, a living room with a smart TV, a dining room with a balcony, 3 bathrooms and a table with chairs in the garden. CIN IT010054C26TQBEYET The space The flat has two bedrooms with twin beds and one with a double bed. Two bathrooms have shower and the third one has a bathtub. There is a living room, a dining room and a large kitchen As the villa is divided in 3 flats, you will share the garden with other guests or the owners but will have full access to your table and chairs. FOR LARGER GROUPS we can rent the whole villa or two flats over three. Contact us for any enquiry about this. Air conditioning is provided in the apartment even if it's a airy home and sometimes it's a pleasure to turn the cooling off and breathe the air coming from the sea, just a hundred meters away. There is no sea view from home, but in a few steps you can reach the harbour and the beaches! Casa Malvina is at the first floor and you have to climb a stair. Remind that there is no lift. If you need a flat without stairs you can book the one at the ground floor. Guest access A parking lot is available though you won’t need the car as restaurants, bars, shops, the beach and the supermaket are just two steps away from home. Cinque Terre are half an hour by train, car or boat from Santa Margherita. Portofino is 20 minutes by bus or 1 hour’s walk from the Villa. You can also reach San Fruttuoso by boat or by foot, with an amazing walk through rustic paths, while you’ll enjoy breathtaking views from the hills of Portofino. If you’ll need to do sport you can play tennis or padel at the tennis club in Santa Margherita, or rent a kayak or a sup in the beautiful Paraggi bay. Even bicycle, motorcycle and boat renting are nearby. Otherwise, if you prefer to rest, you can relax and have an aperitivo in the garden, at your own table, eating the best focaccia in the world (the bakery is 2 minutes from the house) and drinking a good glass of wine. Aperitivo are also available in bars and pubs in the centre of town (10 minutes walk from home). Other things to note Remind that parking in Santa Margherita is very difficult. That’s why we give our guests 1-2 parking lot. It is forbidden to park outside the parking place, the yard is small and we don’t want other guests to have a view on your car!
