There are plenty of local attractions and great restaurants all within a short drive of the condo. First floor entrance with 1 king bed/bath down and 2 BR/1 BA up. This is a rare 3-bedroom, 2 bath unit with 1st floor entry. Master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath are on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor - two more bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen bed) and another full bath. The appliances are less than 1 year old including full size washer/dryer & fridge. While the unit is not handicap accessible, it does make it easier for folks with limited mobility, lugging groceries and kids! Just one step up into front door for 1st floor access. Lockable outdoor closet has beach chairs, pool noodles, beach pull-cart and a sun shade. Lots of restaurants nearby and a short drive to downtown St Augustine. Closest airport to flly into is Jacksonville (JAX). Orlando (MCO) is an option about 2 hours away. There is a key code to get into the condo that will be given to you before check-in. There is one dedicated parking spot in front of the unit and secondary spots labeled for 'guest' parking throughout the complex. I live locally so should be available if you need me!
