2 Bedroom Basement Apartment in Arbor Lodge

Two bedroom apartment in the basement of our 1922 home. This private space has a living room, kitchenette, dining room table, bathroom and separate entrance. Located around the corner from a grocery store and a bus stop right in front of our house. We look forward to having you stay with us! The space Our apartment comes equipped with WiFi, a kitchenette stocked with coffee and tea, a washer and dryer and central heat (the heater is loud when it kicks on so if you are watching TV in the living room, you will want to turn up the volume. No big deal, but just an fyi). Kitchen amenities include: refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot pad, coffee maker and dishes/silverware. The living room has a small two seat sofa. Enjoy relaxing after a long day of sightseeing; closet is stocked with a variety of games and cards! Our living room/kitchen is right above the unit. We do our very best to keep the noise down but you will hear us. That is partially why the price is so affordable because you are in our basement in North Portland :-) Other things to note The washer/dryer is in a shared space in the basement. You are welcome to use it and it is stocked with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. It is the same one that we use. If you are staying for a week stay or longer, we will connect with you to use the laundry room while you are out so it won't have any impact on your stay. Registration Details 17-154795-000-00-HO
