There is a staircase leading up to the apartment floor so please be mindful that you will have to carry your luggage up a flight of steps. The bedroom has a door and can be isolated from the rest of the apartment. The living room has a lovely chaise lounge and club chair for sitting with a TV for entertainment. There is also a desk/workspace for doing your work remotely! Guest access Entry into the apartment is located on the side of the duplex. Contactless entry with flood light to help with late night entry. Other things to note Free street parking on premises. The driveway is reserved for the lower apartment tenant. Street sweeping is done once a week, with day and time posted. On those days cars must be parked on the other side of the street.
