Relaxing 4 Bed Townhouse on Lake LBJ with Dock

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful place to stay and enjoy the private boat slip and newly extended dock. You are right on the water! With 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, two patios, outdoor grille, lots of patio seating and TVs in every bedroom, there is always something to do. Just a short distance to boat and jet ski rentals and public golf courses. Less than an hour from Austin and San Antonio, this is a great place to get away for a weekend or an extended stay. Basta 8,000# boat lift The space The master bedroom with a king bed is upstairs with a private full bath, large walk-in closet with Keurig coffee maker and mini-fridge. The walk-in closet also connects to another full bathroom that has access to the hallway. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the upper deck. The upper deck has a partial cover. The deck has recently been remodeled with new wooden deck, laminated flooring under the cover and remodeled metal spiral staircase to the lower deck. The upper deck has a large marble table that can seat eight people for a sunset dinner outdoors. Also upstairs is a second bedroom with two queen beds and another full bathroom. That means there are three full bathrooms upstairs. The ground level has a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. The laundry room, kitchen, dining room and living room are also on the ground level with access to the lower level deck and boat slip & lift. A new deck extension was added in the spring of 2023. Also on the lower deck is a small table and chairs, fans, and a large ice maker. The jet skis between the two units are not available for guest use. We can provide information for boat and jet ski rentals in the area. Guest access The garage is not accessible guests. You will need to make sure to park all the vehicles in the driveway in front of the garage or on the limited curb parking. Four vehicles (depending on the size) can be tightly spaced in front of the garage. Please don’t park in any of the adjacent lots or driveways on the Cape…or you might be towed. If you have any need for overflow parking, you can park at the Yacht Club (short walk) or Resort Hotel (shuttle and short walk) Other things to note Two full size refrigerators downstairs and one mini-fridge upstairs.
