Studio apartment with large, south-facing terrace

Welcome to a small and space-efficient apartment. The apartment has the necessary equipment for your own household. The large, south-facing terrace with seating area and large storage box for extra storage makes the place extra spacious. Free street parking. The space With us in Falchåsen you live in a quiet well-established villa area close to Fredrikstad city center. The studio apartment was built in 2009 when the entire house was rehabilitated. The house was built in 1972 and through various improvements we have tried to keep the house modern, but within the original architectural expression. The terrace offers good sun conditions during the day. It is furnished with garden furniture. If our garden hens are in good condition, we may be able to offer organic, completely free-range eggs. In the summer of 2023, the residential area has been significantly upgraded with an outdoor strength training park, artificial turf, playground and gravel track for volleyball and boule/petanque. Guests can of course borrow balls! Guest access In addition to the apartment and terrace, guests are welcome to use the common garden outside.
