Relax and enjoy this 2bdrm, mini-suite inside our home. Guests access the space through the front of the home. Includes 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 1 full) , a full bath and loft area. Host is onsite and occasionally host does have to access space on the 2nd floor but the spaces listed are exclusively for guests. Literally minutes from Grand Park, Pacers Athletic Center, Carmel and North Indianapolis. Free street parking. Near parks and a pool in the community. The space My home is referred to as the Big Red House on the block. It's a 2 story residential home. Your rooms will be on the 2nd floor and occasionally the 2nd floor does have to be accessed by the host but spaces listed are exclusively for guests. The community is just 6 years old and quiet but in an up and coming city so lots of new construction going on. Guest access There is plenty of free parking on the street. I will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion available for you. If you need other toiletries there is a Meijer store within 15-20 minute walk or 4 minute drive. Feel free to check in with me before buying toiletries because if I have it on hand I am happy to supply it!
