Gated entrance to private Bungalow featuring 2 separate private master suites.. The London Suite features a king size bed, bath with shower/tub and sitting area with fireplace. Enjoy the gardens on your private deck with Adirondack chairs. Security with gated entrance and off street parking. Walk to shops, restaurants and wineries. The space The Bungalows are accessed through a separate and private gate back to secure parking next to the Bungalow. A private outdoor deck in a garden setting is the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine and great conversation. Located on an estate property in walking distance to everything provides access to the beauty of hikes, wineries, shops and restaurants without hopping in your car! The main house, yard and pool are our private residence and separate property. Guest access The suite includes a microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker with favorite coffee options and tea. The refrigerator is complete with 2 bottles of water and cream for your coffee. Please let us know if you have any special items you would like us to stock for you. The London Suite is ADA approved so please let us know if you have any special needs. Other things to note If you are traveling with family or friends, there are two units side by side with private entrances and amenities that you can book together and enjoy a wonderful fun weekend with your own space and those you love. London Suite and the Burbank Suite are the listings. ADDITIONAL TAX DUE AND COLLECTED SEPARATELY BY AIRBNB:: The City of Sonoma requires a 12% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 3% Tourism Tax on all vacation rentals. AirBnb does not have a contract with the town of Sonoma to pay taxes directly which is why they need to be collected separately through this process.
