Unwind at a peaceful cottage in a deep water cove on Lake Hartwell. One king bedroom and one queen bedroom and a full sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 6 adults. A twin swing bed in the screened porch is perfect for afternoon napping! Enjoy coffee and watch the sun come up with one of the prettiest views on the lake. Bring your boat to play on the water or simply relax on the dock. Bringing your pup? Be sure to add a pet to your # of Guests at the reservation request. $50 pet fee (2 dogs max) The space Open living/dining/kitchen area with large windows to provide a beautiful view of the lake. Large sectional sofa has a full-size pull out bed for additional sleeping options. Two bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed). One bath with shower/tub combination. Large deck with Blackstone grill and picnic table. On the lower level there is a screened porch with a swing bed and additional seating and patio lights. A deck with a fire pit and seating is perfect for making s'mores and watching the sunset. Guest access The concrete driveway is steep. There is parking available for two vehicles at the bottom of the drive and additional gravel parking for another vehicle at the top of the driveway. If you are bringing your boat, it would be best to park your boat trailer at the top. Other things to note Lake levels are subject to change depending on rainfall and season. Water levels at the end of the dock can fluctuate from 10-14 feet deep. Always practice water safety....wear life jackets and no diving from the dock. No smoking is allowed in the cottage. $200 fee for smoking.
