Description
The villa offers guests the opportunity to relax with the whole family in a large and quiet garden but without having to leave the city center. The interiors are very cozy, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. The space The apartment of the villa is located entirely on the first floor. The protagonist of the house is the large living room, furnished with design elements and equipped with two sofas, a 12-seat table and a terrace. The kitchen, also with a small terrace, is located in another wing of the house, where there is an open space with a dining table, sofa, TV and fireplace. Each bedroom has a double bed and has its own balcony and bathroom; in the 'eastern' suite it is possible to add a bed and it is equipped with a two-seater whirlpool bathtub while the 'grecale' room is equipped with a shower. In addition, the bedrooms are oriented to the east so they remain bright all day. In the event that there is a specific request from guests, it is possible to add beds in a room. In the garden, there are many varieties of plants and trees and you can enjoy their beauty comfortably sitting on deckchairs or during a lunch served outside. Guest access The neighborhood where the villa is located is very quiet, nearby there are other villas and a little further away bars and restaurants. All the places of interest are within walking distance. Also inside the villa, on the ground floor there is a large garage that guests can use. Until recently, the street of the villa was called 'Nosside' in honor of the Locrian poet. Today, the real address of the house is Via Salvatore Filocamo, 8. (We are waiting for the Google update.) Other things to note The desire to share with others the love for nature and well-being, the desire to welcome our guests in a relaxing and comfortable place, from all this comes 'Casa Amandula'. Amandula is a Latin word that means almond, but the sound of this word, in addition to recalling the name of an area near the villa, refers to many other things including the name of my dear uncle Armando.
