S'ARD Surfhouse

S'ard Surfhouse is located in San Pasquale, a traditional village located on top of a hill between Paulau and Santa Teresa di Gallura which look out onto the archipelagos of Maddalena and Corsica. The space The Pirata apartment is accessed directly via the garden. It features a living room and well equipped kitchen, sofa bed, Smart TV and bathroom with shower. The bedroom area features a practical walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and queen bedroom which faces the outdoor lounge and shower area. After ascending a few steps, you are greeted by large terrace featuring an outdoor stone kitchen which adjoins the living room. A comfortable space with wood fire, dining table, sofa bed and bathroom with exclusive access from the living room. The large kitchen, with views of the archipelago, is complete with every comfort, including a spring water dispenser. The Sirena room, that has independent access, is made up of two adjoining rooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a small private terrace. The Capitano room on the second floor boasts views of the Maddalena Archipelago. It has a queen bed, desk and bathroom with shower and a private balcony that looks onto the garden. The communal outdoor spaces are available to all guests of the Surfhouse: the garden,  the heated outdoor shower, the outdoor lounge area next to the shower and the grotto with surfboard storage area and laundry. Barbecue available for use by all guests. Guest access 2 min. from San Pasquale centre (supermarket, bar and ATM) 2 min. to the bus stop 45 min. Airport of Olbia Costa Smeralda 45 min. Porto di Olbia Other things to note We do not offer breakfast but it is possible to order it from a Farmhouse (located 5 minutes far by car) which offers a selection of fully homemade and KM0 breakfast items. Breakfast will be delivered to the Surfhouse in the morning! : ) Upon arrival, the tourist tax in cash will be required, € 2.5 per person / night for the first 10 days of your stay.
