The space Our apartment is very spacious and very well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. 2 full bedrooms with private bathroom, family room, dining room and balcony overlooking golf courses. The parking lot is very close and the condominium has swimming pools, tennis courts and several additional sports. Golf courses are at your disposal at an extra cost. Other things to note For stays longer than 3 months, application to the Condominium Association is required. It costs $150, proof of income must be provided, and it takes 30 days to process.
