Very nice, bright and clean flat in the popular Schwabing-West district, directly between the Olympic Park and Luitpoldpark. Thanks to the good public transport connections, the city centre with all its sights and the lively student district of Schwabing are within easy reach. The space As we normally live in this flat and only rent it out when we are travelling ourselves, it is furnished to such a high standard that you feel comfortable every day and we are happy to welcome guests who appreciate this as much as we do. The parquet flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows make the whole flat feel friendly and bright. There is a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and an antique bureau, which can also be used as a workplace when folded out. A standing workstation with an external screen can also be provided on request. Guest access The flat has a bright bedroom with a new, comfortable double bed (1.6*2m), a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a clean, modern bathroom with shower and WC and a sunny balcony. Other things to note As the flat is only available for guests when we are travelling ourselves, there will probably be no personal contact with us.
