Parties are not accepted… if security is called, you will need to vacate immediately! The primary bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and private bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two bunkbed sets, twin over full, each. Full kitchen with all amenities, open living room, dining room area. Private washer and dryer as well. Although our building has not been painted yet, the grounds are kept extremely clean and the inside will make you feel like you’re on vacation. It’s the perfect getaway for family and friends without breaking the bank, in Fajardo Puerto Rico. That said, we do want to bring your attention to the community pool guidelines, as there have recently been some unfortunate situations with other guests on the property. To help avoid any disruptions to your pool time: • Please notify us before you plan to use the pool, so we can properly coordinate with Security on your behalf. You are not to interact with Security as they are not a concierge. Interacting with Security is strictly prohibited. They are therefore emergency purposes again they are not concierge employees.. • This step is important, as Security will not allow access unless prior notice has been given and you’ve been vetted by us. • Due to others not following the rules—such as bringing glass bottles, playing loud music, or causing damage—the community has tightened pool access for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. We also offer an alternative opportunity to spend the day at another one of our properties that has a pool if needed. Thank you so much for understanding. If granted you will have access to one pool. We cannot stress the importance of Guest following the house rules breaking any of these rules will violate policy, and you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund given we apologize, but we must enforce these rules as unfortunately, people have not followed them, thank you for understanding. Other things to note We decided to permanently move and purchase a home here in Puerto, Rico. Our goal is to have our guests enjoy it as much as we do feeling relaxed, settled, and comfortable as if they were in their own home. You will have access to 1 of the 3 pools. You will need to communicate with us before accessing the pool. This is a strictly enforced. Security is not a concierge. They are for security purposes only. And on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, we have the amazing "Coqui" you hear at night and you hear many of them in the rainforest at night, also remember the water and power may go out occasionally, but never for a long periods of time. but it is always important to remind people you are coming to an island, remember Island life. Additional information to note remember Air-Conditioning have a snowflake on each air conditioning which represents cold versus a fan symbol be sure the air conditioning is on snowflake if you want cold air, many people like to visit Puerto Rico and just like fan mode…. The living room Air-Conditioning has a remote control that is typically on the side of the air conditioning that will allow you to fluctuate the temperature.. Unlike hotels, these are homes and condos where we do not have a 24 hour maintenance man. Thank you so much. Please remember when there are things that happen out of owners control, such as water or power going out sporadically we do not refund. These are instances out of our control, just like if you were booking at a hotel. If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to reach out to us to discuss. We really ask all of our guest to please please be respectful of time when checking-in and checking-out. Check in time is between 3 PM and 10 PM. Please remember I am of dad with children so if you are checking in after 10 PM, please be sure this is communicated well in advance of your arrival date. Otherwise you are subject to a late check-in fee, as well as a late check-out fee, as we need to be extremely respectful of our cleaning teams time. Anything after 10 PM or 10 AM is considered late, unless discussed and agreed upon. It is super important to verify your flight schedules in advance as they are frequently changing. This rule is strictly enforced or you will be subjected to a fine of $100 per interaction. They are not concierge.. • Due to others not following the rules—such as bringing glass bottles, playing loud music, or causing damage—the community has tightened pool access for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. We also offer an alternative opportunity to spend the day at another one of our properties that has a pool if needed. Thank you so much for understanding. If granted access to the pool, you will have access to only one pool, which is closest to the condo.. This is strictly enforced again please understand do not interact with Security as if they are your personal concierge. Those fees are no lower than $100 and no more then $250. If your flight arrives after midnight, it would be important to book the day before, as we will have much more flexibility to help support late check-in's. If any house key is lost it's $75 to $150 to be replaced. Depending on what home you are at and the locks on the doors. Thank you.
