Cozy apartment with lake view, close to beach

Located very close to the sea, and only about a 10 minute walk to one of the most popular beaches in Sarpsborg. There is a private garden and terrace, where you can enjoy the sun til late at night. The living room has 2 sofas (Hemnes), which both can be made into single or double beds (4 beds in total). We can also offer a baby-bed in additon. The space The area has a lot to offer: mini golf, fishing peer, restaurants/bar/pizza, the "famous" ISI ice cream bar, beaches, beautiful hiking areas, volleyball, kids playground etc, and is a very popular place to go for recreation for locals. Høysand is located close to both the centres of Sarpsborg, Fredrikstad, Halden and the popular shopping in Sweeden, Nordby. Every sunday there is a popular local flea market "Høysand Frimarked", and there is also a very popular Antique store nearby, "Karlsen Antikk".
