Just a little over an hour drive to Yosemite Valley. The space The home is a throwback to the 1960's. Furnished with an eclectic blend of vintage mid century modern as well as quality reproductions. Enter into the cozy living area perfect for your morning coffee and conversation. There is dining table for 6 and a complete galley kitchen with full appliances and a washer & dryer. Two bedrooms are upstairs including the "family suite" with a king size bed, a twin daybed, even a sleeping/reading nook for a young one. A glassed in office and a playroom complete this perfect family friendly space. The shared full bath in in the hallway which leads to the primary bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite bath. Downstairs is the media/TV room with a comfortable sofa, ottoman that opens into small twin and even a kitchenette to prepare movie night snacks. Adjacent is another king bedroom with attached bath. There is a covered patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. We just upgraded the backyard with beautiful artificial turf and putting green. You can spread out and get comfortable while making unforgettable memories in this "Retro Retreat". Guest access You'll have exclusive use of the whole house. Other things to note No Smoking inside or outside on our property (of any smoking products except odorless vaping outside only please). The risk of fire is very high in our area so please exercise extreme caution with the BBQ grill and respect the 'no smoking', 'no fireworks' and 'no outdoor campfire' policies. If you plan to use the EV car charger please let us know and follow the instructions on the unit. You MUST set your vehicle charging to 30 amps or less or you will trip the breaker (the breaker box is not convenient to located and reset late at night especially). For trips November 1 - March 31. Federal & State regulations require you must have tire chains or cables in your possession when entering a designated chain control area, even if you're driving a four-wheel drive or rental vehicle in Yosemite National Park.
