The entire 2nd floor reserved to just one set of guest. Just three blocks from the Missouri Riverfront, historic downtown Washington, and near many fine restaurants. This early 1900s fully restored brick home offers a perfect place to lay your head after an exciting day. The house is located within walking distance of the Amtrak train station, close to the hospital and the trans Missouri Katy bicycle Trail. The space The rental includes the whole upper floor with a coffee/wine bar, sink, refrigerator, and microwave in a cozy TV room. The bath includes a large shower and a double granite vanity. There are two large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen(Sleep comfort). The master also has a private balcony that gives view to giant pecan trees. Guest access I live downstairs and there are separate entrances for guest and host. The first floor of the house is off-limits, which includes the kitchen, however with hosts approval guests can access the laundry room if needed. Other things to note If you like to hike you’re in luck. We are just 3 blocks from the Missouri River and several miles of river trails. Go west 6 blocks and you are at the baseball stadium, public swimming pool and the start of the city park which includes Lions lake and the fair grounds where the much awarded Washington Town and Country Fair is held every August.
