The house is located within walking distance of the Amtrak train station, close to the hospital and the trans Missouri Katy bicycle Trail. The rental includes the whole upper floor with a coffee/wine bar, sink, refrigerator, and microwave in a cozy TV room. The bath includes a large shower and a double granite vanity.
