The space The 43 sq.m. space I offer is a building from around 1900, which has been completely renovated to meet the needs of every guest. My goal is to offer a good and comfortable stay, whether you are on our island for your vacation or for your business trip throughout the year, since it is designed to operate with cooling or heating, in summer and winter respectively. Elements of the original building, properly repaired for the safety of our guest, such as the wooden and metal beams on the ceiling, the traditional balcony of the house, the traditional entrance with the classic staircase, the wooden frames with double glazing that take care of the proper sound insulation and the extremely good lighting and ventilation, create a beautiful and pleasant aura that will make your stay definitely pleasant. The works of art that decorate the space are specially designed for it by the Syrian artist Eleftheria Bailas. The house is located in the historic center of Ermoupolis, with its main entrance on a pedestrian street. All points of interest are within walking distance, such as the central port, only five minutes on foot, the central square with the emblematic Ziller Town Hall, the Apollo Theater, the central market for shopping of all kinds, the taxi stop, the bus and mini bus station, banks and pharmacies.
