(BEWARE: Airbnb often markets my property in the WRONG CITIES!) It’s a great ST. LOUIS CITY location - safe, family-friendly, convenient and walkable. *SEARCH from 3915 Watson Rd 63109 for travel times and distances to your points of interest. *AFFORDABLE below-average price BEFORE Airbnb and St. Louis City assess their 15.5% fee. My modest cleaning fee is not assessed a fee; therefore, saving you money. *Be certain that the DESIGN, LOCATION and VALUE are suitable BEFORE booking your stay. *My ACCURACY is on point. Non Guest access ACCESS is in the BACK YARD to a Stairwell UNDER the attached PORCH. The stairwell has 6 steps DOWN to the basement door. (See Exterior photos) * You do not enter thru my front or back doors or have access to the upstairs of my home. *As a courtesy, PARK in front of or near my home when possible, but not in front of my neighbors’ homes. *I send you a Keypad CODE and instructions 2-3 days prior to check in. *If you want to drop off luggage early or check-in earlier TELL ME WHAT TIME you are requesting. Other things to note BEFORE YOU BOOK, READ EVERYTHING and VIEW ALL PHOTOS. **Know What to Expect or Decide Now that My Airbnb is Not the Place for You** EXPECT “just the basics” - homy comfort, cleanliness, and safety. I anticipate you will appreciate, Not Disparage, my charming Home of 39 years and my Airbnb of 8 years that affords me to stay in my home while retired. I LIVE UPSTAIRS. I am quiet and careful not to disturb you. YOU WILL HEAR foot steps, floors creaking, water running, toilet flushing, and sometimes the TV and visitors, etc. YOU WILL HEAR the home central HVAC unit operating in the Bedroom Utility Closet (much LESS noisy than a motel/hotel wall unit). YOU WILL HEAR outside noise - traffic, people, dogs, etc. BEDROOM - a “diamond left rough” and NOT in need of maintenance; purposely designed by me and loved by many guests! FEATURES an epoxy stone floor and exposed limestone walls, ceiling and rafters which may not be your style. If so, keep searching. LAUNDRY AREA is in the BEDROOM as is the central home HVAC unit. You will ENTER from the outside stairwell into the Bedroom/Laundry Area. LIVING ROOM - one spacious room with KitchenETTE, Dining Area, Desk Area, Baby-changing Counter, 50” Smart TV, Netflix, Toys, Games and Books. Sectional is NOT for sleeping. KitchenETTE - has everything to prepare your favorite meals. See photo for list of Kitchen Essentials and Appliances. NO oil or chopsticks. Full BATHROOM - SHOWER only, no tub. Plush bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hairdryer, night light and first aid kit provided. PACK’n PACK - available UPON REQUEST. CHILD SAFETY features include: stair gate, door knob covers, outlet covers, cabinet door/drawer latches, refrigerator door latch, and TV straps. YARD - fully fenced and a fire pit. PATIO can be “lit up” at night. Smokers can smoke out here. For our safety and mutual benefit. *NO PARTIES or EVENTS *NO Unregistered Guests or Visitors *NO Smoking in the Suite *NO Sleeping on Sectional *NO candle burning *Low Noise from midnight to 7AM CALL or TEXT me with urgent needs (i.e., check-in problem, the suite temperature, no WiFi signal, etc.) or at anytime in an Emergency. I am otherwise available between 7:00AM and Midnight. I work part-time and not available by phone at work; but, will contact you during my break if you leave a message.
