The space . . . is your COMFORT ZONE AWAY FROM the congestion, urbanization and night life of Downtown and other areas of St. Louis. *It is a PRIVATE SUITE in the BASEMENT of our home. Guest access ACCESS is in the BACK YARD and DOWN the outside STAIRWELL (not through the front or back doors of the house). *Use the sidewalk on the right side of our home to get to the gate into the back yard. *Walk BEHIND the back porch to the STAIRWELL that has 6 steps DOWN to the entry door with a keypad lock. *Your CODE and our address will be sent to you prior to check in. As a courtesy to our neighbors, please park in front of our home when possible. *OPEN ALL PHOTOS to READ ALL DETAILS. Other things to note *NO PARTIES! We will cancel your reservation and report you to Airbnb and, if necesssary, call the police. *NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS OR VISITORS PERMITTED! We will ask them to leave and report you to Airbnb. *NO sleeping ON sectional couch, quilts, blankets or shams. *NO smoking/NO butts/NO vaping inside the suite. *NO candle burning. *Quiet time/low noise at midnight. You will hear our activity upstairs and outside noises - sirens, traffic, talking, barking, etc. *The house HVAC unit is in the Bedroom and sounds similar to hotel/motel wall units. You can control your comfort with vents, windows and an oscillating fan. Or, contact us between 7:00AM and 11:00PM to adjust the home thermostat. *KITCHENETTE has a coffee maker, plus cooking/baking/dining equipment. See photo of list. *WASHER&DRYER are available for a $5 CASH fee per load, no app payments; detergent and softener are provided. *A clothing rod and hangers, wall mounted hooks and dresser storage are provided.
