Located in a converted warehouse in the trendy Ropewalks area of the city, these apartments are jam packed with character and so beautiful that you might never want to leave. A stone’s throw from the iconic Concert Square with a range of bars to indulge in, as well as a range of top restaurants on Bold Street and a 5 minute walk from Liverpool One making hotspots within walking distance. The space Self Service Apartments Located on Wood Street, a very central city centre location. Fully fitted kitchen, dining space, bedroom and bathroom. Double bed and double sofa bed. Guest access All areas of the apartment that you are allocated will be available to you. A member of our team will send you the front door access code and then provide you with the apartment lockbox code to gain access. Other things to note Please note we require a £50pp security deposit (minimum £100). This is £100pp if paid by cash. We reserve the right to increase this if we feel it being necessary. The security deposit is typically done by card pre authorisation. As stated above, if you would prefer to pay cash you can at our office.
