Guest access The driveway will lead you to the back of the house, where there is a keyless entry door knob on the back door to which you will receive a unique code for access during your stay. This code is switched out between each visit and each cleaner visit as well, so you can rest easy knowing that only you have access to the property! Other things to note **Upon confirming your reservation, a copy of government issued photo ID of every guest listed on the reservation is to be submitted prior to arrival. **NO SMOKING AND NO PARTIES! This home is located in a quiet, residential area, and I would like to keep it that way. Any evidence of smoking or parties on the premises will lead to a $500 additional charge and immediate cancellation of your reservation. **One of my favorite things about my place is the proximity to the airport. I love watching the planes fly overhead...it allows me to daydream about my next travels. With that said, if you are very sensitive to noise, there is some noise from airplanes flying overhead. But I'd take that over loud cars or noisy neighbors any day of the week! But I want you to be informed :) **Most importantly, enjoy your stay!
