19th century building, 290 m2 with indoor pool

This house is the one we live in year-round. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends. It is very spacious (290 m2) and bright. The 4500 m2 garden has games for children (swings and trampoline), an indoor pool heated to 30° (7x3m) whose bay windows open fully onto the garden and a petanque court. The house is quiet, not overlooked, while being close to amenities. The space This is a 290 m2 house on a 4500 m2 lot. It has: - a master bedroom (45 m2) with 160 cm bed, dressing room, bathroom (large walk-in shower), double sink and toilet. - A bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm, which gives access to a bathroom and toilet (shared with the next bedroom). - A bedroom with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed, giving access to the same bathroom and toilet as the previous bedroom. - A living room (90 m2) with a TV area, a relaxation area and a dining area. This room has a 160 cm sofa bed and a large mezzanine with a double bed. - A third bathroom with a corner bathtub and shower. - A third toilet. - A desk area. Many board games, children's books, and sun loungers are available. One room (our daughter's room) will be closed to rentals by a padlock and not available. Please note: the house is not intended to be a party venue so we do not accept rentals for bachelor or bachelorette parties, weddings, baptisms, birthdays or other events. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access You can park several vehicles on the property without any problems. And you can also get around by public transport: bus 300 m away and tram 3 km away.
