Service should be requested prior to check in. 1 bedroom: 1 King (sleep2) 2 bedroom: 1 Queen (sleep2) & 1 twin (sleep 1) 3 bedroom: 2 twins (sleep2) 2 cots (sleep 2) 2 single cots must request at time of booking & prior to booking. Additional fees apply if container of cot sheets/blankets are used w/o approval. Couch sleeps 3 kids comfy. The space The airbnb has cozy luxurious accommodations: comfy soft beds and cooling pillows, bamboo sheets, upgraded toilet paper and paper towels, soft ex-large bath towels and ex-large pool towels. Wolf stove top, elite massage chair, comfy leather couch. All the comforts of a 5 star hotel. We fully stock dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry detergent for your entire stay. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We like comfort and do not cheap out on our guests. If you have a special request, we will do our best to accommodate! Guest access If cars are parked in driveway , they are the owners extra vehicles left onsite. Entire house, minus outside sheds on sides of house. Other things to note 1. For all guests booking: we are ADA compliant, with state and local laws, for registered service animals. If you have pet allergies you should not book/be aware that service animals have been on property. 2. When booking please make sure to book the correct amount of guests on your booking. We base your towel count on this. Cots are available upon request and brought in, they must be requested in advance with a 7 day notice or will not be available. 3. Heater for Pool / Hot tub Fees (to be paid prior to check in for full length of stay only): $50 per day Pool Heater Fee for the full length of stay plus the 2 days it takes to heat up in colder winter months. The pool cover should be used all nights to hold in the heat for the next day. If using with hot tub (4 hours per day) add $25 for $75 per day total. (Note: The Hottub raises about 5 to 6 degrees per hour, text the Host early in day to turn on or set up a time for host to turn on each day. Takes 3-4 hours to heat up on a day that’s 80 degrees outside. 2 hours on a day that is 90 degrees.) 4. Bedroom setups: 1 bedroom = 1 king and a twin 2 bedroom = 1 Queen 3 bedroom = 2 twins 2 cots (sleeps up to 2) with comfy memory foam available upon request, prior to check in please advise host you will need. If booking more than 4 people, $75 per person fee applies and must be approved in advance by owner. *If you need the cots please advise 7 days in advance so we can have sheets ready and extra towels. 5. Just like at a hotel….There are exterior cameras around the entire property. This includes the pool area and outdoor kitchen. If this makes you feel uncomfortable, do not book this airbnb. There are no cameras inside the house. 6. The Pool is uncovered, occasionally you may see a duck fly in. You can shoe them away. You understand that by booking this listing, this may happen with no screen on the pool and if you cancel after booking or check-in you pay the full amount of booking stay.
